Satisfaction with your Stamp Your Way U.S.A.® book(s) is of the utmost importance to us. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your order, please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org before sending merchandise back. If an error has been made on our part, we will do what can be done to correct it. Thank you for your support!
In the rare case the merchandise received was damaged due to shipping, you must contact us within 7 days from the date of USPS’s confirmation of delivery. After these 7 days, we will unfortunately not be able to offer you a refund or exchange.
In the rare instance that your merchandise is received damaged, Stamp Your Way U.S.A.® will only replace merchandise with the exact same item.
